Because I’ve seen it:
Most people are surviving — not truly living.

I’ve been there myself.
I reached a point where I no longer knew what was right.
Trends, diets, supplements, expert advice — most of it didn’t help. Some even made things worse.
But my story goes back even further.
At age two, I was diagnosed with a hearing impairment.
As a child, I experienced sexual abuse — a trauma that shattered my inner world.
I kept functioning on the outside, but inside, so much remained disconnected and unresolved.
In 2013, everything collapsed — physically and mentally.
I hit a breaking point and had no choice but to look inward.
I went through endless medical tests and appointments,
stuck in a tunnel of symptoms, exhaustion, and emotional emptiness.
But that low point became a turning point.
I started to question everything.
To research, to connect the dots.
I discovered functional medicine, biohacking, movement as therapy — and finally, epigenetics:
The science that shows our genes aren’t fixed fate — they’re influenced by how we think, feel, and live.
Today, I know:
We often live on autopilot.
Driven by pressure, routines, and information overload.
